No long-term contracts!

Preventive Maintenance: Quarterly maintenance of all covered equipment. Maintenance includes cleaning and checking of hardware for failure. Parts suspected of imminent failure will also be replaced during the inspection (cost of parts billable to client).

Discounted Labor: 10% discount on all billable work performed (labor only).

Reduced on site minimum: Half hour minimum for all on-site work (normal is 1 hour).

Rapid Response: Guaranteed 1 hour response time to all inquiries during normal working hours, 4 hour response time on nights, weekends and holidays.

Prioritized Scheduling: Maintenance Contract clients are automatically given priority over all other work.

New System Imaging: All new workstations will be cleaned of unnecessary software, then imaged to allow rapid repair if needed.

Loaner System: In case of failure, a replacement machine will be set up at your location for up to 30 days at no charge.

Maintenance History: Daily Data will maintain and provide a maintenance history of all covered systems.

Server Log Monitoring: Server Logs will be redirected to Daily Data and reviewed for problems (equipment/software malfunction, intrusion detection). This is only available if the server and network connection is capable of sending e-mail to the Daily Data e-mail server.

Remote Assistance: Daily Data can install secure remote control software on all covered equipment to allow a more rapid resolution of many problems.

Server Updates: Covered servers will be updated weekly with all necessary operating system patches.
